Our Leadership Team
Keondre joins TruVirtue with over 5 years of insurance sales, operations and leadership experience. Prior to joining TruVirtue, Keondre worked at HealthPlanOne, a leading insurance sales contact center specializing in the Medicare industry. During his tenure, Keondre was tasked with leading teams of licensed sales agents across the company’s brokerage and BPO sales divisions. His passion for helping assist individuals and seniors with choosing the right health insurance, led him to focusing on bridging the gap between hyper growth insurance companies and finding quality sales agents to assist those in need of better quality insurance services.
Dereck brings over 10 years of sales, leadership, and recruiting experience to TruVirtue. He received his bachelor’s degree from Stetson University in Deland, FL with a focus in communications. He was selected to work at one of the largest staffing agencies in the US known as Robert Half International where he further developed his recruiting skills and successfully managed a book of business with over 300 accounts. Dereck later transitioned to HPOne and advanced to recruiting a multitude of higher-level positions ranging from senior level status, operational support, and licensed health agents with a focus in Medicare. He led the recruitment team responsible for recruiting over 1,000 hires within a single year. Dereck has a Tru passion for helping people. He believes that recruiting is his way to make an impact on the world. Dereck’s mission is to ensure that candidates and clients find their Tru home in the workplace with TruVirtue at their side.
Michelle joins TruVirtue with over 5 years of experience in Recruitment, sales, and strategic planning. She is originally from West Palm Beach, FL and graduated from Stetson University with a degree in Business Management. Following graduation, Michelle found her way into the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) realm at Hueman in Jacksonville, FL. Here she supported recruitment efforts for a newly implemented account, Motivate – a national bikeshare program, and within 6 months, she hired over 400 people! Michelle enjoys a fast-paced work environment, believes in finding innovative ways to create efficient recruitment processes, and TRUly has a passion for building relationships and helping others. She is most looking forward to supporting candidates in matching their talent to the best fit opportunity, and thus aiding internal company growth for clients at TruVirtue.
